Eid Mubarak from GB to Pakistan (and thanks to Dawn for posting the famous Badshahi Masjid in Lahore) and personal reflections for many people. I still have fond memories of my childhood at the Badshahi Masjid and early childhood (on Mall road and Lawrence Garden, now Jinnah Bagh, the Lahore Fort and the Shalimar Gardens built by Emperor Shah Jahan in the 16-17th century, and the Tattoo and the Horse & Cattle Show, etc. etc.), early learning & development at a Montessori Nursery (in Lahore cantonment) and at the famous St Anthony's (Catholic Primary School, Lahore) until age: 7 years during Friday and Eid prayers with my Dad, Mother and siblings.
