LAHORE: Governor meets secretaries

LAHORE, Dec 16: Punjab Governor Lt-Gen Khalid Maqbool (retired) on Sunday met the recently appointed secretaries of various departments and the Planning and Development Board chairman. Officials said the meeting was meant to provide the policy guideline.

The secretaries of several departments, including the Social Welfare, Information, Labour, Food, Agriculture and Industries Departments met separately with the governor at the Governor’s House.

One of the secretaries said the governor discussed his vision with them to ensure better coordination.
