The court appointed Muhktiar Ali Lanjar as raid commissioner with the instructions to locate the detainee.

The raid commissioner found Ghulam being illegally confined in one of the rooms of the police station. He was set free, while the raid commissioner asked the SHO and Sub-Inspector Gohar Shah to appear before the court on Friday along with the evidence, if any.

Waseem was set free, while SHO Safdar Abbasi and ASI Liaquat were asked to appear before the court on Friday, along with the evidence, if any.
