ISLAMABAD: Zain Ali beat Moiz Tariq in boys under-18 contest while Abdullah outplayed Umer Masood in the boys U-14 clash on the opening day of the Earth Day National Ladies and Juniors Tennis championship which commenced here at the Pakistan Tennis Federation Complex on Monday.

The event has been organised by Subh-e-Nau.

Matches will be played in five categories including ladies singles and doubles, boys U-18 singles and doubles and boys U-14 singles.

Boys U-18 :

Zain Ali beat Moiz Tariq 6-4, 6-2, Zain Rohail beat Abdullah 6-0, 6-1.

Boys U-14:

Abdullah beat Umer Masood 6-0, 6-0, Sairam Sahir beat Musa Chaudry 6-0, 6-0.
