LAHORE: Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf has said the PML-N government's deception and corruption has broken all Guinness Book of World Records.

In a statement issued here on Saturday, PTI Punjab President Ejaz Chaudhry said the scandal of the Guinness Book of World Records judges had exposed the PML-N government and was tantamount to lying and eating up taxpayers' money.

He said the Punjab government had spent some Rs6 billion on the youth festival including the substantial fee paid to the Guinness Book of World Records.

Mr Chaudhry demanded an immediate investigation into the allegation on the Punjab government that the Guinness Book of World Records had completely denied any relationship with the judges, who had visited on the invitation of the Punjab government.

He suggested that an authenticated commission should be formed as Sports Minister Rana Mashood and Law Minister Rana Sanaullah would again cook up another story to hide the scandals.

He said the credibility of the government had completely eroded and their explanation would hold a little value as the whole festival had been full of scandals and corruption.
