President, PM greet Bush

ISLAMABAD, July 3: Pakistan appreciate the US role in defusing tensions in the region and in the revival of the Pakistan-India dialogue process.

This was stated by President Gen Pervez Musharraf and Prime Minister Mir Zafarullah Khan Jamali in their greeting messages to US President George W. Bush on the occasion of American Independence Day falling on Friday.

President Musharraf in his message said: “I have the pleasure in conveying warm greetings and felicitations on the occasion of the Independence Day of the United States of America.

Prime Minister Mir Zafarullah Khan Jamali in his message said: “The government and people of Pakistan join me in conveying to you and the people of the United States of America our warmest felicitations on the occasion of your Independence Day.”
