ISLAMABAD, June 25: The government is making all-out efforts to attract foreign investment to Pakistan.

This was stated by the interior minister, Faisal Saleh Hayat, in a meeting a with the Qatari ambassador, Abdullah Falah Al Dosari, here on Wednesday.

On the occasion, bilateral issues were discussed with particular reference to business and investment opportunities in the country. The interior minister said: “With vast untapped natural and human resources, Pakistan is perhaps the most suitable country for Qatari investment.”

Improvement in bilateral trade will also strengthen the existing relations between the two countries, he added.
