NAUSHAHRO FEROZE, June 22: Two persons were killed and three others injured in a collision between two oil tankers near Kandiaro on Sunday.

One of the oil tanker (LSB-6610) was parked to change a tyre when the other oil tanker (LS-5199), coming from Hyderabad, hit it. As a result both the tankers caught fire.

Driver Akbar Ali and cleaner Abid Ali of tanker (LS-5199) died on the spot. Three others, including driver of LSB-6610 tanker, Rasool-ur-Rehman, Ajab Khan and Khizidullah were injured.

An FIR was registered with the Kandiaro police.—Correspondent
