KARACHI, June 20: Airport Hockey Club scored a thrilling 5-4 victory over PIA Youth in the District Hockey Association Malir Zone-IV on Friday at the UBL Sports Complex.
Centre forward Shadab and inside left Nadeem Bhatti scored two goals each for the winners while right in Rehan completed the scoring. For PIA Youth Imran (2), Haseeb Asad and M.Usman were on target.
In the other match of the day Al Faisal Hockey Club outgunned Beecham Hockey Club 3-1. Al Faisal owe their victory to centre forward Adil who struck twice with Masood getting the other goal.
Kashif Bhopali reduced the margin for the losers who were outplayed in every facet of the game.
