QUETTA, Oct 22: A division bench of the Balochistan High Court on Tuesday directed the Quetta Metropolitan Corporation (QMC) to remove encroachments from Habib Nala, in the provincial capital.

The bench comprising Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa and Justice Muhammad Kamran Khan Mulakhel while hearing a petition of Abdul Wahab ordered the QMC administrator to serve notices on encroachers to remove their shops immediately.

The court directed the station house officers of the Civil Lines and Quaidabad police stations to extend full support to the QMC in removing encroachments from Habib Nala. The hearing was adjourned till November 4.
