Man injured by dacoits

KASUR, Dec 12: Dacoits on Wednesday shot at and injured a man and made off with cash and gold ornaments worth Rs150,000 from his house in Sabri basti.

Four dacoits barged into Muhammad Ahmad Ansari’s house, injured him on resistance and escaped with cash and jewellery.

The injured was taken to the Lahore Hospital in precarious condition.

Police are investigating.
