Celebrated on the 14th of July, Bastille Day (French National Day) celebrations were held yesterday in the country capital Paris. A Parade was held at the starting of the day which has been a tradition since the 1880's and is known as the largest and the oldest military parade in all of Europe.

On late Sunday a show of Fireworks were also displayed which illuminated the Eiffel Tower with different colors.
