Hassaan stars

KARACHI, July 13: A fine all-round performance by Mohammad Hassaan Khan inspired Metropolitan CC to a seven-wicket victory over Karachi Shark CC in the inaugural match of the first Mehman-e-Ramazan cricket tournament at the KCCA Stadium here the other day.

Hassaan first captured three wickets for 16 runs as Karachi Shark CC were dismissed for 116 before striking 50 with the help of five boundaries and two sixes to help his side achieved target in 14 overs.

Earlier, chief guest Mohammad Raisuddin, director Bluetop Marketing inaugurated the tournament in a graceful ceremony also attended by Nasruullah Khan, Azam Khan and Naveed Al-Amin.
