PAKISTANI currency notes are printed on very poor quality paper as the new notes in circulation become so soiled, soft and smelly that they cannot be placed in our wallet. Will the State Bank of Pakistan try and use a better quality of paper for printing currency notes? Hopefully, the same as that used by the US.
The SBP should also note that currency notes in circulation are withdrawn every six months in the US.

From where did you learn that in US the currency bills are withdrawn every six months?
I live in USA and I see all kinds of soggy bills. One would be lucky to get new bills even from the bank making a withdrawal from the account at the teller window or at ATM machine.
