LAHORE, May 18: The divided Kashmir should be integrated and placed for 15 years under the protectorate of 11 nations — five permanent members of the Security Council and six jointly drawn from the Organization of Islamic Countries and the Non-Aligned Movement.

Amanullah Khan of the Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front told newsmen here on Sunday.

He said after the lapse of 15 years, a plebiscite could be held to ascertain the will of the Kashmiri people.

No one should deny the centrality of Kashmir problem in relations between Pakistan and India. Precisely for this reason, it should be solved first and the rest should come later, he said.
