LAHORE: Drug case against Asif adjourned

LAHORE, May 17: A district and sessions judge on Saturday adjourned the proceedings of a drug case against Asif Ali Zardari and his two co-accused for May 24.

The court was informed that Asif Zardari’s counsel Sardar Latif Khosa could not turn up as he was busy in Islamabad with regard to LFO deliberations. PPP secretary general Jehangir Badr met Zardari in the Kot Lakhpat Jail.
