ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Wednesday decided to convene a meeting of all heads of political parties represented in the Parliament on July 12.

The meeting will discuss and evolve a national strategy to curb increasing militancy and to address the overall law and order and security situation in the country.

PM Sharif, who is currently in China, will attend the meeting upon his scheduled arrival in the country. Several political parties have been urging the new government to call an all party meeting on the issue.
