ISLAMABAD: A moderate earthquake measuring 4.1 on the Richter Scale struck Chitral, Swat, Dir, and adjoining areas Saturday morning.

Met. Department said that an earthquake jolted Swat, Chitral Dir and adjoining areas early in the morning. The epicenter of the quake was 43 kilometer north of Mengora at a depth of 10 kilometer, the department said.
