KARACHI, May 22: A national juniors and seniors tennis championship will be held at Karachi Gymkhana from May 29 to June 4.
The details of the event which carries Rs.30,000 in prizemoney, were announced at a press briefing on Wednesday.
Last date for submission of entries is May 27. The events that will take place include juniors’ under-18 singles, juniors’ under-18 singles for girls, boys’ under-14 singles, girls under- 14 singles, boys’ under-12 singles, seniors 35-plus singles and doubles, seniors 45-plus doubles and 55-plus doubles. —Sports Correspondent
