PESHAWAR, May 13: In the wake of the defeat of Pakistan People’s Party in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa its provincial president Anwar Saifullah Khan has resigned from his post.
Anwar Saifullah cited his party’s defeat in the general elections as the reason for his resignation, according to a press release issued here on Monday night.
It was stated that in the next couple of days the party would put forward its future course of action in the province.
