ATTOCK, April 30: The Pakistan Netball Federation (PNF) will organise the ‘Net Effect Netball Programme for Girls’ to train them about rules and techniques of the game.

PNF secretary-general Mudassar Arain said on Tuesday that the PNF was organising the training programme, which will be held from May 2 to 4 at Sir Syed Girls College Wah Cantt, in collaboration with the International Netball Federation (INF) and the Islamabad Netball Association (INA).

As many as 50 schools were invited to the three-day programme, he said, adding that the programme was aimed at empowering the girls through sports activities besides making them aware about the game, basic coaching, techniques and rules of the game.

Mudassar said that PNF president Malik Zafar Iqbal Awan had also nominated officials as speakers and trainers.
