THE Sindh Assembly recently passed a Sindh Civil Servants (Amendment) Act, 2013. I am worried about this Act.

The selected blue-eyed boys of feudal lords will get out-of-turn promotions which creates discrimination in the future in the police department.

It has been reported that some police officers came from other departments such as brothers of law minister of Sindh.

Why police officers who have been waiting for their promotions for the last 16 years as DSPs, are being victimised.

I request the chief justices of Pakistan and the Sindh High Court to do justice in this regard.
