LARKANA, Dec 6: Two men on motorcycles shot a woman dead after pulling her out of a passenger wagon on Monday.

The motorcyclists intercepted the Larkana-bound wagon near Khairpur Jooso village in the Qambar area.

They pulled Sakeena Chandio, 20, out of the vehicle and shot her dead.

According to sources, about a year ago she had married Mohammed Saleem Chandio in Gath Village and was issueless. She, after securing divorce, had been living in Larkana with a Syed family.

She had gone to her parents in the village to celebrate Eid and was returning to Larkana when she was killed.

Her body was taken to a local hospital where its post-mortem was conducted and then handed over to her father Ahmed Chandio.
