Blast reported near Quetta

QUETTA: A blast was reported on Tuesday near the cattle market situated 15 kilometres away from Quetta, DawnNews reported.

Police and rescue teams had reached the site of the explosion.

Quetta is the capital of Balochistan province which has seen an upswing in violence recently and is suffering from a separatist insurgency, sectarian violence and Taliban militants.
