Mr Jappa said the advertisements of sorcerers, faith-healers, and promotion of sex related products, education institutes through wall chalking could not be tolerated.

He said that wall chalking was destroying the beauty of the city.

He said that in the first phase they had warned the violators and now they would take action against them.

He said that he had asked the town officer regulation (TOR) and town officer buildings (TOB) to take action against the violators.

He said that it was necessary to take action against “this mafia that is looting the people and damaging the beauty of the city.”

He said that as a first step, notices would be sent to the fake aamils and pirs and they would be heavily fined, if they failed to remove their advertisements from walls within 15 days.
