IN a late night development, police arrested three PCB guards for allegedly attacking a Gulberg TMA team during the wall demolition operation. A PCB spokesmen told Dawn that police had taken the action on a TMA complaint. He said the PCB had also moved an application with the police for a case against the Gulberg TMA staff for manhandling its guards.
