OUR major political parties have urged the army and the judiciary to work within their constitutional jurisdiction. Can anyone elaborate on how the army and the judiciary are acting ultra vires? The Constitution itself has guaranteed the protection of the fundamental rights of every individual, proper health, education, clean water, etc.
It’s the Constitution that gives power to the supreme judiciary to take notice of the violation of fundamental rights. Can anyone tell us how they’re exceeding their authority?
