QUETTA: Provincial Home Minister Mir Sarfaraz Bugti lashed out at the Chairman of Public Accounts Committee Majeed Achakzai for his remarks in which he denounced the Provincial Disaster Management Authority for failing to cope with the recent snowfall and rains.

At a press conference here on Wednesday, he said that Mr Achakzai’s criticism was needless, adding that if he found so many ills in the government, “then why doesn’t he quit it.”

Mr Bugti, who is also in-charge of PDMA, said that Mr Achakzai was passing non-serious remarks and he did not expect such remarks from him.
