LAHORE: The Pakistan Railways have got more than 29 acre land vacated from grabbers during the last week.

According to a spokesman, the market value of the retrieved commercial, agricultural and residential land in Multan, Rawalpindi and Karachi is said to be over Rs27.2 million.

The PR Directorate of Property and Land was supervising the campaign intensified by the railway police on the directive of the minister, said the spokesman.
