Injured student dies

MULTAN: A student, who was shot at by unidentified attackers at Govt High School Taragarh in the Basti Malook area on Tuesday, died at Nishtar Hospital on Friday.

According to police, Ameer Hamza, a 9th class student, was hit by a bullet in the school. He was getting treatment at Nishtar where he succumbed to his injuries.

The heirs of the deceased blocked Multan-Bahawalpur road by putting his body on the road. Police have registered a case.
