A novel way of students protest

Published January 24, 2015

MULTAN: Nine students of Bahauddin Zakariya University DG Khan campus climbed the water tank in the varsity (Multan campus) to register their protest for delay in issuing result cards here on Friday night.

Students have been awaiting their result cards of MSc computer sciences for long and the varsity is using delaying tactics which is adding to their frustration, said a source at the BZU.

The indifferent attitude of the BZU administration prompted students to resort to protest and they climbed the water tank located at the backside of a female hostel (Maryam Hall), he said.

The protesting students remained at the tank for about an hour to record their protest.
