Investment conference

LAHORE: On the instructions of Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif, a delegation comprising MPAs Kh Imran Nazir, Eng Qamaruz Zaman Raja, Member Planning & Development Agha Waqar and other officers visited Seoul and participated in an investment conference.

Representatives of 13 Korean companies attended the conference. The delegation discussed prospects of cooperation between Punjab and Korea, says a handout.

During meeting with representatives of Korean companies, prospects of cooperation in various sectors between Punjab and Korea were discussed.

The Korean companies expressed interest in development projects, including construction of an elevated expressway from Ravi Bridge to Imamia Colony, generation of electricity and health. Kh Imran Nazir invited the Korean investors to invest in Punjab.
