How many of them are willing to fight against ISIS. Lip service is not enough

Great job................finally some spoke openly. Same rallies shall be adoped in other parts of world. Yes, Islam does not like exterem, it is about LOVE which leads to peace:) Our beloved profit Mohhamed PBH will look at everyone (regardless of their faithth) with smile and will pray for them for hidayaah, ....... Again, JIHAD is to DEFEND only............ Another reason for Islam to be religion of peace............Alhamdulillah

@Tamilselvan - ISIS was created by the Western governments with funding from the Saudis, the Qataris and the UAE. The agenda was to oust Assas in Syria. Why would ordinary Muslims fight an entity that they did not create?

The main problem is not to denounce or fight but to make Muslims aware of human values which are basics of Islam. A human if not accept Islam but behave good human is half Muslim. Social awakening and scientific education can also make them more human. Also strongly they need to become strong by having Military alliance to stop attacks by any other with democratic institutions in place.The rising of extremism is due to attacks on Muslims by carpet bombing and killing.

@Tamilselvan Why does every one need to take up arms? They are common people not soldiers, atleast they are renouncing the terrorist group. I hope other muslim groups and individual too stand up against it? From India with love :)

Muslims living in safe countries like Germany,Canada, UK, Australia, US, and other western countries take out rallies against extremism.

Extremism is not religion and faith specific.

@Khan Khan Sahib: How come, Muslims in almost all the Muslim countries around the World are in such a turmoil? Almost Everywhere! How come? The only countries Muslims appear to be happy, enjoying basic human rights and equality, are the non-Muslim countries! Just imagine, if the entire World becomes a Muslim dominated World (which appears to be the aim of all Muslims), how the World is going to be?

@akhan waiting to see a rally in any one of the muslim country denouncing violence by ISIS. Until then the world considers these rallies as lip service to appease rest of us. Would like to see Saudi, Qatar and UAE have rallies calling for peace in this region. can the rest of us expect that from the muslim hub?

@AH blame Us, Israel, And other western countries for all ills of Muslim world. Does this mean muslim leaders are so dumb that they can be swayed by outsiders? Fight between Sunni and Shia started as a family fight after Mohammed's death and us still being carried out by his followers. Saudi, Qatar, UAE are on one side vs Iran, Iraq, Hezbulla and Syria on the other with other minorities in between too. Accept the fact that this fight has been going on for almost 1400 years and not a western conspiracy

Do not trust them at all. Buying time till they in their agenda are more powerfull.

Rally against extremism should be a catalyst for moderate Muslims all over the world to relook at their values as a point has been reached that even the Muslims have started to feel that what their Muslim brothers are doing is a threat to even their own values and traditions as seen in barbaric madness and religious frenzy in the Middle East and Africa. Saudi Arabia must take a lead and show to the world that Islam is for tolerance and acceptance of others. It should take no credit for playing a vanguard role for the religion of Islam The recent arrest of Christian worshippers in Saudi Arabia under any pretext speak loud about the double standard and a policy of inhuman behavior simply in pursuit of their own interests and policies is unacceptable. If spectator role is continued to be played peril stares to hug the world like a Russian bear sooner than later.
