Protests across Pakistan against church bombings

The attack on All Saints church in the provincial capital of northwestern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa after a service on Sunday is believed to be the deadliest ever to target the country’s small Christian minority. The death toll from the double suicide bombing rose to 81 on Monday as Christians all over the country protested against the blast, chanting slogans against the government and demanding greater security for the minorities.

This is a tragic moment for ALL CITIZENs of Pakistan. But I would ask one question: Why are they burning materials on roads? Why do we need to protest like this? Please try to understand that this will only hurt us more. We cant do what these talibans have been doing to us and to our country.

If a minority of another faith is treated like this in a Muslim country, what fairness we Muslims can expect in a non Muslim country. Shame on the Pakistani government as well as those supposed to be so called Muslims who took part in this carnage. Who can blame the West's growing anti Muslim feelings. Adding insult to injury we saw another senseless killings in Nairobi and another massacre at a funeral prayer in Baghdad. I am really ashamed.

@Shatadru Mazumder: Had we muslims started to realize the pain of other people (including different sects in the same religion), we would have been in a better form in the world. We are selfish!
