LAHORE: Korean baseball coach Hwang Dong Hoon has successfully completed the coaching courses for Army, Police and Pakistan Youth on Friday.Hoon remained in Lahore for almost two and half months.

During this period he imparted training to Army and Police for one month each and to the Youth for 15 days.

Later, the certificates were delivered to the all participants of the courses at a closing ceremony.

Hoon said that Pakistan had good talent in baseball and he had picked at least six promising players from the youth camp who could replace any player in the national team.

He said Pakistan was progressing in this game fast and achieving sixth ranking in Asia was a big feat.

Waheed Akhtar Insari, Additional Secretary Sports Punjab, was chief guest at the closing ceremony.

Pakistan Baseball Federation secretary Khawar Shah thanked Hoon.
