Three judges take oath

KARACHI, Sept 16: Three more ‘former deposed’ judges of the Sindh High Court took fresh oaths for their reinstatement on Tuesday.

The judges administered new oaths by Chief Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali, who himself was reinstated recently, were: Justice Sarmad Jalal Osmany, Justice Gulzar Ahmed and Justice Athar Saeed.

Only three SHC judges now remain ‘deposed’, besides Chief Justice Sabihuddin Ahmed. They are: Justice Mushir Alam, Justice Maqbool Baqar and Justice Shamsuddin Hisbani.
