LAHORE: Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi visited the 24/7 Nadra Simla Pahari Centre to review the facilities and services being provided to citizens.
He met citizens who had come to obtain computerised national identity cards (CNICs), family registration certificates (FRCs) and other documents, and asked them about the processing procedure, waiting time and the overall quality of services.
He also visited various service counters, interacted with the staff and listened to the concerns of citizens.
He instructed that citizens should be provided with clear, timely and effective guidance regarding the required documentation so that they do not have to make unnecessary visits or face avoidable delays.
Some citizens also complained about being charged parking fees higher than the prescribed rate outside the Nadra Centre.
