JD Vance has said that Iran has agreed to invite IAEA inspectors back into the country.

Delivering remarks in Switzerland’s Lucerne, he said, “What we’re most excited about as Americans is that the Iranians have agreed to invite IAEA inspectors back into their country.

“That is a major milestone for the American people and the first step in permanently denuclearising or permanently ending a nuclear weapons programme in Iran,” he added.
