Quetta grenade attack leaves two wounded

QUETTA: Two people were injured when some unidentified people threw a hand grenade on a milk shop in Khuda-i-Dad Road area of the provincial capital on Sunday.

According to police, people riding a motorcycle hurled the grenade which exploded close to the shop. This left Amil Khan and Nawab sitting inside the shop injured, they said.

Police rushed to the area soon after receiving the information and took the injured men to Civil Hospital.

The milk shop and nearby shops suffered some damage in the explosion. No one has claimed responsibility for the attack.
