Balochistan CM orders support for family after child’s death in India

QUETTA: Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti on Saturday ordered immediate financial and logistical assistance for the family of Aryan, a young boy from Quetta who passed away while receiving medical treatment in India.

According to Balochistan government spokesperson Shahid Rind, all expenses related to Aryan’s treatment at the Indian hospital have been paid in full on the chief minister’s instructions.

The provincial government has also coordinated with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to facilitate the repatriation of Aryan’s body and his family to Pakistan and all necessary arrangements have been finalised.

Mr Rind said the government is covering the entire cost of air travel for Aryan’s remains and his family members.

The CM expressed deep sorrow over Aryan’s passing and extended his condolences to the family.
