TOBA TEK SINGH: Additional District and Sessions Judge (AD&SJ) Nasir Mahmood Sial handed down on Tuesday death sentence on three counts, along with a Rs500,000 fine, to a man for kidnap, rape and murder of a minor boy.

According to Toba city police, convict Adeel had kidnapped a minor child of his neighbours at Chak 321-JB, Seowal, and had strangled him to death after raping him in his house in 2023.

To conceal his heinous crime, the convict had hidden the child’s body in a box, from where the police recovered it and registered a rape-cum-murder case against him.
