The UN’s Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) reports that continued killing of civilians and Israel’s blocking of aid keeps “dehumanising” Palestinians in Gaza, Al Jazeera reports.

“This crisis needs a political action. I believe that this needs to start with accountability,” said Jonathan Whittall, a head of office for the organisation in the occupied territory.

“What is happening in Gaza is not going to stay in Gaza. We cannot let the rules-based order be replaced by one set of rules for some and another set of rules for others.”
