Israel’s decisions to cut off electricity and block the entry of aid into the Gaza Strip have been increasing the pressure on its population and affecting vital facilities, Al Jazeera’s Hani Mahmoud reports from Gaza City.

“Many of the bakeries right now are on the verge of shutting down completely,” he said, noting that cooking gas is running out.

“The fuel is not coming in. Today is the 10th day in a row without any aid coming in,” Mahmoud added.

“Trucks filled with critical supplies and humanitarian aid are stuck on the other side” of the Gaza fence, he said.
