Saeed Salah, the director of the Patient’s Friends Benevolent Society in Gaza City, says three more children have died due to the “severe cold” as Israel continues to bar the entry of temporary homes into the Palestinian enclave, Al Jazeera reports.

In a video posted on X, the doctor said there were other serious cases.

“We appeal to the relevant authorities to provide caravans, camps, and fuel to provide warmth for people and protect children, especially with the arrival of a new low-pressure system,” he added.
