At least 16 Palestinians have been injured and 22 bodies have been retrieved from the rubble in Gaza in the past 24 hours, Al Jazeera reports citing the enclave’s Health Ministry.

The death toll in Israel’s military offensive on Gaza has reached 48,319, the statement said, adding that 111,749 Palestinians were injured in the enclave since October 7, 2023.
