Israel will begin negotiations on the second phase of the Gaza ceasefire deal including an exchange of Israeli hostages with Palestinian detainees, Foreign Minister Gideon Saar has said, adding that Israel demanded a complete demilitarisation of the enclave, Reuters reports.
