Masked Palestinian fighters with full military gear have lined up behind a stage set up in Khan Younis ahead of the expected release of the three captives, Al Jazeera reports.

Civilians can be seen behind them, often standing on the rubble of destroyed buildings. Palestinian flags were also hanging over the site of the release.
