Israeli forces have arrested a man identified as Waqas Nofal during a raid on his home in the town of Qalqilya in the occupied West Bank, Al Jazeera reports citing Wafa.
His detention follows a night of Israeli raids across the West Bank, including the city of Nablus and the village of Burqa, east of Ramallah.
