United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres has reaffirmed the UN’s support for Palestinians’ “inalienable rights to live in peace, security and dignity”.

“Every year on this day, the international community marks the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People,” the UN chief noted in a post on X.

“The UN will continue to stand in solidarity with the Palestinian people and their inalienable rights to live in peace, security and dignity,” Guterres stated.
