An Israeli man who went missing in the United Arab Emirates has been found murdered, PM Netanyahu’s office says, denouncing his death as a “heinous antisemitic terrorist act”, Al Jazeera reports.

Zvi Kogan, a rabbi who worked for the orthodox Jewish organisation Chabad in the Gulf country, went missing in Dubai.

“The state of Israel will use all means at its disposal to bring the criminals responsible for his death to justice,” the prime minister’s statement said.

Israel has advised against travel to the UAE in the wake of Kogan’s death.
